Our thoughtful prepartion of meals uses the best ingredients and produce we can find.
We soak our grains & beans!!
This, among other preparation techniques maximizes the nutritional value of our food.
We also use locally grown produce & organics as well as free-range, sustainable & humanely-grown meats.
Each entrée is 2-3 servings. The most popular option is to order every other week,
enjoying the fresh entrées right away and saving the frozen ones for later.
For your health and the health of our environment,
we use reusable glass containers which we retrieve when you are finished.
