We offer a wide variety of healthy choices, along with plenty of options for those with food sensitivities*. Celebrating the abundance of organic, local, and sustainable food available in Seattle, our menus are 100% gluten free. Most items are dairy-free, too.

Chef-of-all-trades—Kendal has a B.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University and more than 20 years of experience in the specialized food service industry, including 6 years of in-home personal chef work. She creates meals that are certifiably nutritious—and indisputably delicious. Kendal loves to surprise people with how flavorful healthy food can be. Her meals are crafted from plentiful vegetables, organic and free-range meats, healthy oils, and thoughtful spice/herb combinations.
Head Cook—After attending the Seattle Art Institute culinary arts program in 2004, Matt spent the next nine years working in a wide variety of restaurants in Seattle. When he discovered that he was gluten and dairy intolerant, he turned his skills to creating delicious meals that can meet a variety of dietary needs. Now at Kendal’s Kitchen, he is the powerhouse of healthy cooking!
Chief Support Officer—As Kendal’s husband and life partner, Jon holds the extremely important role of Chief Support Officer. When he is not working for the Seattle Fire Department, he also makes deliveries, bringing the fruits (and meat and veggies) of Kendal’s labor to customers.
