Scented with coconut, thai herbs and spices and served on a bed of spinach with a side of nam pla sauce.   1 serving.   This will be on the menu for the last 2 weeks – if you haven’t had them before you can taste now and next week decide how many you want for your freezer.

      Wild salmon, red rice, coconut cream, lemon, lime, shallot, ginger, spinach, nam pla sauce: fish sauce, rice vinegar, chili peppers, sugar and garlic.
