Many use our service to supplement other meals throughout the week, and the average order tends to be around $125 per week. Delivery charges are calculated based on amount ordered and range from $9 to free.
Following are different scenarios on how people tend to use our service and what their menu choices end up costing them:
estimated $140 individual/$200 couple per week—Some customers use the service for nearly all their meals as they overhaul their entire diet for medical reasons or weight loss. They order weekly.
estimated $125 per week—Many families cook, but use Kendal’s Kitchen to fill in the gaps for family members with specific needs. For instance, one parent is dairy-free but eats meat, while the other is a vegetarian. Or one of the kids is a picky eater. They tend to order a few entrées weekly.
estimated $85 individual/$125 couple per week—These customers need healthy “fill-in” meals for extra-busy times, such as tight deadlines, visiting parents, new family members, or when one person is on a business trip. These customers tend to order for several weeks when things get busy, and then taper off for a while.
estimated $85 per week—Kendal’s Kitchen is perfect for single people; it’s cheaper than going out to eat all the time and far better than cooking for one.
